Since 2015, has developed the Hanyang University ERICA course "Software and Humanistic Criticism" and served as organizer of "Machine Criticism." Researches the aesthetics and politics of digital culture as represented by computer games, webtoons, and social networks. Co-developed Under the Sunlight (2018), a web-responsive interactive story about Syrian refugees. Directed Erangel: Dark Tour (March 20–21, 2021), a work of dark tourism for experiencing the sites of tragic events in a virtual world, and The Endless Voyage (June 2021), a metaverse project tied to the academic conference "SF and Geopolitical Aesthetics."
